Bret Palmer Beynon has resided in Franklin County, Pennsylvania since 1984. Following her graduation from local Mercersburg Academy in 1995, she attended Hartwick College in Oneonta New York. While attending Hartwick College, Ms. Beynon gained admission to Sigma Tau Delta, an English Honor Society, and subsequently graduated in 1999 with a major in English Literature. In 2002 she graduated from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and began practice in various areas of civil law including wills and estates, incorporations and real estate. Ms. Beynon served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Franklin County District Attorney's Office for eight years, engaging in juvenile and adult prosecution. She now devotes her experience and knowledge to defending clients charged with all possible crimes.

Bret Palmer Beynon joined Curcillo Law in March of 2011. Prior to this time she practiced criminal law as an Assistant District Attorney in the Franklin County District Attorney's Office. As a prosecutor Ms. Beynon handled a variety of criminal cases ranging from DUIs and street crimes to sex offenses and violent felonies; it is this experience that benefits her clients in need of criminal defense in all courts.
