Joseph A. Curcillo III has been practicing criminal law since 1985. With experience on both sides of criminal matters, he understands court procedures thoroughly and he understands how the prosecutor is likely to develop the case. His experience as a deputy attorney general and a deputy district attorney in white collar, DUI and child abuse cases gives our clients a significant advantage in most criminal matters.
Dedicated to Protecting You
Attorney Curcillo is dedicated to protecting clients and their rights, no matter how serious the charges. He believes in fighting for people who find themselves entangled in the criminal justice system, often for the first time. He understands how terrifying it is to find yourself charged with a crime and being forced to spend the night in jail. He knows how confusing the court process can be and how the prosecutor develops the criminal charge. He understands how important it is to not feel alone.
Every Move is Important
Attorney Curcillo focuses on defending people against all types of criminal charges, including DUI, drug crimes and sex crimes. We also handle traffic matters and white collar crimes. Whatever the charge, we take the time needed to explain the court system to our clients, advising them about the legal process and helping them understand the nature of the charges against them. Educating clients is priority one.
